Some 5th and 6th class pupils of Scoil Cholmcille showcased remarkable sportsmanship while participating in the FAI Primary Schools 5-a-side tournament at Irishtown Stadium. Despite reaching the quarter-finals, their journey ended there. Nevertheless, the day was thoroughly enjoyable, filled with excitement and camaraderie. The tournament provided a valuable opportunity for the students to hone their football skills once more. Although they didn't progress further, the experience has fueled their enthusiasm for future competitions, and they eagerly anticipate the next tournament.
