Ms. Heaphy’s 6th class joined the reading class as well as Mr. Horgan’s and Mr. Rattigan’s 6th class’ on a visit to the Viking exhibition in the National Museum of Ireland! We enjoyed our journey into the city centre on the DART before getting a very interesting tour of the Viking exhibition. We have been working hard and learning about Viking history for the past 2 weeks in school so it was really cool to see some amazing artefacts up-close and personal. We finished our trip with a picnic in sunny St. Stephen’s Green. A great day was had by all!
