'Today we learned about who Irish Aid are, then we leaned all about the country we were going to focus on. We heard about Sierra Leone's culture. One of the teachers taught us about the Jembe drums and showed us a beat that we could practise on the tables. We did some group work, played fun games and we reviewed what we learned.
I think it was a very friendly programme and was really enjoyable. We loved the dance and games and we all had lots of fun learning about Irish Aid and Sierra Leone. I found it very interesting learning about what Irish Aid do.'
